- D4B provides written acknowledgement, of agreed services and authorised quotation (with attached terms and conditions)
- Agreed written acknowledgement, timeframe, brief, deposit and terms and conditions accepted by the client.
- D4B carries out work when deposit cheque is cleared.
- D4B produces work to the written acknowledgement, timeframe and e-mails or visits clients to check proposed designs.
- Client pays final written payment.
- Online designs and information can be launched enabling client's chosen suppliers, contractors, builders and architects to access them at any given time.
D4B strongly advises a qualified structural surveyor visits client's property before any work is undertaken. Concept plans and layouts will require client's surveyor's approval for design to proceed accordingly. (Refer to clause 4 ("services") of the Standard Terms and Conditions for the sale of Interior Design Services)
